We've felt so welcome and really enjoyed the traditional Chinese dishes. We learned so much about real Chinese food and the waitress (Jin Jin?) Is very helpful with recommendations. Delicious all round - best if you like spicy food.

Ordered via their website at about 6pm for a 7.30pm delivery. After two phone calls food eventually arrived at 8.45pm. Totally unacceptable. They blamed the traffic. Dont bother using this place for home delivery as this is the second time it has happened.

Awful. Crap and AVOID. Wasn’t cheap and simply couldn’t get delivery to us in under 2 hours!! 🤦‍♂️FFS!!! Bad management! Had to call and was just treated with the usual BS. The sweet and sour chicken was so succulent and although the waitress had an airpod in her ear she was amazing! The background music was ultra soothing and the decor was both manic and sexual. Walking around Cowley Road looking for somewhere to eat and stumbled on Jin Jin, what a stumble!! This place cooks and serves outstanding, authentic Chinese food, I have not enjoyed a Chinese meal like this in a very very long time. Do not believe the...comments about it being expensive because it isn't, it is far from expensive. It was stacked out with Chinese students who go most days for their dinner. I got talking with the owner and she was explaining that her husband does all the cooking whilst she works out front. If you like a decent Chinese then you will not go wrong in going here for a meal. I just returned from holiday off a late flight - following day had nothing but yoghurt and fruit for breakfast. Ordered from here that night. A few hours later, I developed food poisoning and still have not recovered over 12 hours later. I did not...order rice, but made my own, so the bacteria was present in either the chicken or pork ribs. I must say that I have previously ordered from here on two occasions, with no issues. However, the previous night’s order will be my last as there must be some serious disregard for food safety and handling in recent weeks. Salt level was also off the scale yesterday - Dead Sea levels of salt. Avoid. Save Food poisoning. P.S. I posted this review on Google reviews and the restaurant has tried to contact me to “resolve my issue”. While this is appreciated, I have been sick for two days due to unsafe food. To solve this issue, your kitchen needs a thorough investigation into its food safety practices - this is highly dangerous.More

Completely gone done hill, is Extremely expensive for just below average food. Avoid if you don’t want to be disappointed.

Love this place. Whenever I go back to Oxford, I have to go there. The food is terrific and so is the service. The lady there is wonderful. And the hotpot is a real treat.

We called in for a takeaway. The lady working front of house was super friendly. The place is small but she sat us down when we were waiting and brought us over some complementary prawn crackers. The food was delicious. If we'd had more time...and less stuff with us we would have loved to eat in. Very pleased we happened to see it.More

As far as Chinese takeaways go, the food here is (slightly) above average. But what makes this place special are the staff. We decided to eat in the restaurant. The decor is clique if a little crowded. The waitress was hospitable and catered to our...non-menu item requests. So hospital, in fact, she offered us complimentary watermelon at the end.More
