lunchtime was busy but that's no excuse for cold food (unless it's a salad which it wasn't). Ignoring the temperature, the quality of the food was obviously very good. I complained and met the assistant manager who could not have been more concerned and helpful. His interest was genuine and that went some way to redeeming the situation (let's face... More

This is as it says a cafe rather than restaurant but it is over full with tables to suit the demand meaning there are areas where access to and from a table is only achieved by disturbing everyone else around. The food is served at multiple counters with no clear queuing process and with a separate counter for payment. This... More

Visit Blenheim often to walk the parkland. Stopped for lunch. Quiche and salad. Nowhere to sit for the two of us, guy on the till said we maybe able to sit in the Indian room. We walked around looking for a table, none to be had and too cold to sit outside. Went into the Indian room. This is where... More

Great choice of hot food and snacks for a cafe. And.... you get to sit down wind of the fountains and when the breeze picks up.. yep you guessed it. You get slightly wet.. .... but otherwise it's a fantastic setting with antique style cast iron tables and chairs. Some hsve the benefit of parasol to cut out those dreaded... More

We ate in here at lunchtime, the food was expensive and whist my quiche and salad were fine my wife had a hot meal (fishcake) which was poor and not very warm. Its a shame because the rest of Blenheim Palace is presented to such a high standard.

Food was average -- when we visited the hot choices were cottage pie, chicken curry, or macaroni and cheese -- all served with generous scoops of vegetables. Prices for hot mains just under £12. Grab a table near the window (or on the terrace when it's warmer), and this is a pleasant place to have lunch after touring the house... More

The food was affordable but the soft drinks were hilariously overpriced. Can of coke - £1.80 A can of another flavour - £2.50 I mean, come on, really?! Otherwise good food.

Purchased sausage roll & quiche for a quick lunch & didn't realised it was cold as if just defrosted from the freezer. We asked if we could have them heated up & it was refused by the staff as the head of chef claimed it was against health regulation to heat it up. I find that bazaar. I think not... More

Good service, very attentive staff, nothing is too much trouble for them and made to feel very welcome. Try the champagne cream tea, it's a must. A| tier with sandwiches, cakes, pastries, scones, clotted cream, a good choice of teas and a glass of very decent champagne. Very enjoyable
