Really enjoy visiting the Head of Steam bars around the country, and this one near the Sheffield theatres is great. The staff can be a little hit-and-miss: most are brilliant, friendly & informative but a couple are extremely grumpy. Drinks selection is great.

Really nice place- great choice of beers (think there is a beer festival on)- tried two very unusual ones including a collaboration between Abbeydale (Sheffield Brewery) and a tea company! Nice atmosphere, comfortable environment and great location very close to The Crucible.

Having been several times, staff are friendly, good selection of beers etc but beware, if it is busy it can take a while to get served but mainly due to seasonal drinkers and bar flies!

Excellent choice of food! Had The Besler... 3 light bites and 3 half pints matched to them... good potion size and great beer! Great for kids and couples alike... great on a Sunday afternoon with live music!

One of my favorite places in Sheffield to enjoy some drinks, very good variety of beers even though they don't have Coronas, but had Sol instead. A very laid back place with nice and accommodating staff..

Well worth a visit. Busy and vibrant pub a big change from what it used to be like. Didnt try the food so can't comment. Perfect for stop off if theatre tripping
