Really good pancakes. I’m coeliac, so eating out can be a pain…literally. The staff (I think the waiters name is George) were very knowledgeable. I had GF and Dairy free (I have a dairy allergy) pancakes with sides of mushrooms, hash browns and scrambled egg....A cup of coffee and sparkling water to drink and all in all a really lovely meal. It’s fair to say I’m stuffed! Everyone who came in was greeted warmly, all of the staff were friendly and helpful, and asked if they had any specific allergies or intolerances. A really nice experience all round, wholly recommend and I’ll definitely go back again at some point. Great!!!More

The Cabin is a nice cozy cafe and the food is delicious and it serves all sorts of amazing food! It’s like a hidden gem!

My friends are based around Sheffield: they brought me here as they’d been before and rated it. I absolutely love a dessert bar, but the pancakes served at The Cabin were too thick for my liking. Their stodginess took away from the flavour of the...Biscoff crumbs/sauce. To drink, I got a homemade pink lemonade- but this wasn’t anything spectacular, either. I would recommend picking one of the ‘Specials’, because if you make your own it could quickly become costly with all the individual prices for the toppings. There’s a cute-looking gift shop upstairs. This was more like a 3-and-a-half experience, but I’ll be generous and round up to a 4; give it a go if you’re in the area.More

Friendly staff and great coffee but unfortunately this is where the positives end! The owners need to invest in some air conditioning/ventilation- it was so hot in there we couldn’t finish our food we felt so uncomfortable. To be fair we should have left before...ordering. For this reason we won’t be returning 🤨 (until winter!)More

First time visiting since they have moved and love the new place, loads more space but still just as good. The food is amazing, staff are great and we're really accommodating when we had booked for the wrong day with 5 adult and 2 children...to still find us a space for the next day. Highly recommend visiting here!!More

Went to visit The Cabin for breakfast, it was lovely. The food was reasonably priced and tasted fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was so much that we had a take away box and finished the rest later. Would definitely recommend this to...any waffle and pancake lovers.More

Went for breakfast and really enjoyed it. Fantastic selection of choice including pancakes, waffles, and French toast with a large variety of toppings. Portions were huge and the quality of food was excellent at a decent price. We had French toast with sausage pattie, streaky...bacon, scrambled eggs, and mushrooms, and pancakes with strawberries, banana and yogurt……although choosing was difficult. This was my first visit to The Cabin but it is somewhere I certainly intend to return to next time I am in Sheffield. All the staff were cheerful, friendly and efficient and the whole place had a lovely atmosphere. I had popped in for...a quick breakfast, ordering the pancake stake with scrambled egg and mushrooms, plus a pot of tea. The tea arrived at the table within minutes and was properly hot, the food following soon after. In case anyone might be thinking that two pancakes isn't enough for a stack, let me reassure you that these pancakes were not only light, fluffy and totally delicious but they were also huge. As someone with a healthy appetite, I found my breakfast to be generous and filling. All in all a fabulous start to the day and I would thoroughly recommend The Cabin to anyone visiting Sheffield city centre.More

Visited for the first time in the morning with my 2 friends for my birthday. I reserved a table beforehand via online booking but when we turned up it was quite empty luckily. The man greeted us at the door and showed us to our...table. The decor is beautiful inside and we sat under the big table under a tree with fairy lights! HUGE pancakes that are served and lovely fresh fruit, the coffees are soo nice too and they even have homemade maple syrups to try.More
