Superb cafe, we visit around twice a week for breakfast/Dinner or sometimes just Lattes everything is spot on. Food ,drinks and staff are all polite and friendly. Keep up the good work

Although they serve the best English breakfast I’ve had around this part of Sheffield (everything was cooked perfectly) it is not a greasy spoon, it’s a charming lovely little cafe with an amazing selection of coffees, hot chocolates and delicious looking cakes. It’s table service...and there’s plenty of room. The staff are so friendly and this combined with the quality of food is why there was so many regulars on first name basis coming in to eat. One lovely very elderly couple looked so happy tucking into there breakfast together remarking how they’d been looking forward to this all week. neither of the elderly was able to walk properly but the lovely lady who was front of house helped them in such a way that wasn’t patronising but more like a best friend or relative giving some assistance. It was lovely to see and this warm, kind and cosy atmosphere made my delicious breakfast taste even better. Highly recommended and I will be coming again next time with my family.More

Walked in mid morning for a catch up and coffee, initial welcome felt a little cold and when we said we just wanted coffee it felt positively frosty. That said, the coffee was lovely as was the next round of coffees and service seemed to...warm up at this point. Menu looked great and next time we are not on a time constraint we will sample the full menu.More

The Meeting Place delivered four excellent afternoon teas for myself and friends today. We all enjoyed the food immensely, although we had to save the cakes as we were so full. Fresh and delicious food. Highly recommend

Visited here for the first time this morning 11am. Extremely warm welcome. We hadn't booked but there was a free table. Gentleman who served us was lovely. We both had a mini bfast. They do a traditional and mega too. Pot of tea for 2....We were asked a couple of times if we wanted a refill or more water. Plenty in the teapot for 2 cups each though. Lovely crockery. The food was delicious. No hurry to get rid of us. Only £5 each total. Extremely clean place, light and airy. If you haven't tried this place, hurry up and do so. I'm certainly going again with my husband and other friends.More

Ordered afternoon tea vegetarian for me and standard for my partner as it was his birthday and what a treat. Loved it well presented and prepared. It was very yummy and delicious.Thank you.

I ordered the veggie afternoon tea for delivery and it was amazing! Arrived right on time and included more variety than usual for us vegetarians such as a mozzarella and pesto sandwich, the bread was so soft and fresh and the scone was also perfect,...which includes clotted cream, butter and Jam in little pots and your choice of cake-also delicious! Really reasonably priced and such a lovely treat!More

Called in for something different instead of a sandwich shop and glad we did. Had omelette and was fresh and hot. Lady on the counter (Thursday 4th apr) was very friendly. Will definitely go again.

Called impromptu ......too early for the wholesalers.....we were hungry ...the meeting place was the closest cafe. It ticked all the boxes ...clean, lovely staff beautiful food. Good variety of food on menu. Will call again and tell others its a lovely place.
