Love this place! Best coffee in Sheffield. And great sandwiches. Also has a fantastic little Italian deli counter for takeaway oils, pasta, cheeses etc

I've been a regular at Bragazzis for nearly a decade and even though I like uncovering new places, I still end up visiting once a week for a coffee, a sandwich or to buy a bag of their freshly roasted beans. I can't fault the...quality of everything they do and the authentic way they like to do things. My only moan would be how popular it gets at busy times, so you sometimes have to wait for a table or take-out. That's bound to happen if the best beans and good service are found at such a small café.More
If you want a piece of Italy in… If you want a piece of Italy in Sheffield this is the right place! Bragazzi’s is a cafe, delicatessen and shop You can eat delicious focaccias, sandwiches, tarts and drink an amazing coffee with a massive range...of Italian products you can buy in store and you can also choose to take a bit of that taste home buying their ground coffee. The shop owner (Matteo) and the staff are very friendly and trust me if you go there it will become one of your favourite placesMore
I visit regularly but this is the first time I've written a review. The BEST coffee and sandwiches in Sheffield. Also normally stocks the best sweet things that Sheff has to offer too (my personal faves are the pecan pie and lemon meringue but lots...of cakes are normally available too). Staff are always friendly and helpful. If you're visiting, just don't go too close to closing or you might find that you miss out on the cakes/sandwiches! The little shop next door is always worth a nosy - it's v pretty and always has lush fresh ingredients as well as the Italian pastas and sauces etc that you'd expect!More
Great food and service, cake and coffees delicious. Owner obviously very proud of cafe and attentive.
I went there with my girlfriend to have a nice breakfast, we arrived and ordered a cappuccino and a cortado, then the lady arrives with two identical coffees, when I asked which one is the cortado, she said that they don't really do cortado so...she brought me a cappuccino instead, I said that I don't like cappuccino, the SHOCKING PART is that she replied saying why don't you try it first?! WOW! Excuse me but I know what I don't like! She could have just apologized and offered me other options in stead of trying to impose over me. This created a tense atmosphere and I felt that she was more mad than me about it and that didn't make me feel welcome. It is a pity because their coffee is very nice and I even took the extra work of going there, even though it is far from where we live now. However, thanks to the lady's attitude we're not going to be visiting anymore. A simple apology would have done it, everyone makes mistakes at work, but what I can not take is she being made about it -if they don't do cortado (or any other drink) she could have just said it and not bring whatever she feels like bringing to the table. As far I knew a customer is entitled to have what he/she is wanting to have -NOT WHAT THE WAITER/WAITRESS WANTS HIM/HER TO HAVE. UNBELIAVABLE.More
Excellent coffee, wonderful atmosphere. Great staff. Food great. Fresh lemons on sale too. Whats not to like!
In recent years Sheffield has seen some great new independent coffee shops open, But Bragazzis still serves the best coffee in Sheffield by far
This place serves excellent coffee, staff are really friendly and the pasties and panini are wonderful. Nice range of food to buy as treats to take away. Best place for coffee in Sheffield!
As well as the unique house blend coffee which is full of flavour yet mellow, the sandwiches are not to be missed. They can be heated and feature inventive combinations like pecorino and roast aubergine inside fresh ciabatta, that change daily. Just ask behind the...counter.More
Best coffee around ! fantastic panini ,great little Italian cuchina . Great Staff , Great service , great atmosphere . Just a great place ! ;-)
We went here as a treat and got coffee to take Care away. Service is slow but that’s to be expected in smaller places. Cappuccino was nearly all foam, filled halfway up the cup and to add, the espresso was burnt and undrinkable. Mocha was...nice although did not taste much of coffee. I think there are a few issues with consistency at this place which is a shame as it could be a great regular place to visit.More
Having lived in Sheffield for 16 years and in that time, visited pretty every single decent coffee shop in that time. I can, hand on heart, say that Bragazzis is the best place to get a great coffee in the city. Pastries are good, not...the best but good enough. I also pick up some decent passata, olives and chocolates occasionally. Decor is genuine and cool, the place is busy all the time, it’s an independent business so worthy of our support. Please don't change anything. It all works oerfectky well as it is. Thanks guys xxMore
This was my second visit to this cosy cafe. Friendly staff and lovely food selection. A small space with a quirky atmosphere. Coffee could have been a bit hotter but constantly busy and popular place.
This place is full of sad wannabe hipsters, the food is awful, poor quality and the decor is pathetic fake chic. I have tried most of the Italian places on Abbeydale road, this is by far the worst. Do yourself a favour go elsewhere. How...does the owner get away with the rubbish he serves, I suppose if don't know any better. Believe me people in Sheffield deserve better.STAY AWAY.More
