What can I say This restaurant tried to say we had one of our meals when we didn't then tried to charge us for this , The review James has put is accurate .We asked for the manager to come speak and he wouldn't come....Him saying they didn't pay was utter rubbish .You wouldn't let them leave if they didn't pay .They paid for the meals they had not the duplicated ones you said that they had .I contacted the owner and was utterly shocked by his response saying that people like that should stick to takeaways and are not worthy of his restaurant.How dare he ! He had the opportunity to put this right but he chose to be obnoxious and rude .Looking through previous reviews he has said very similar things to customers who have commented.I suggested to anyone thinking of eating here to NOT bother and get a TAKEAWAY it will be a lot nicer XMore

Came here with family for our son's 31st birthday..Shocking! Terrible! food n service.. Worst restaurant I've ever been in for over 30 years.. Manager n Staff are very rude. Very bad attitude. Had geared myself up for a special evening but it was disappointing. The place was practically empty on what could have been a busy night. Food was nice although the bread was tough and there were hardly any wines available and items not on the...menu. Also, the service fell far short of meeting customer expectations of what could be perceived as a slightly more upmarket dining experience/restaurant. Unlikely to return.More

We had a wonderful meal. There's a deal on at the moment Mon to Thurs zarzuela and paella 2 for the price of one. My husband had the paella and l had the zarzuela - both were excellent. Our daughter had the salmon which she...raved about. A lovely dessert and then decaff coffee. I would urge anyone to go and sample. The nicest meal we have had in a long timeMore

I was here with family on a busy Saturday night. The food was excellent and the service is great. Seafood platter to die for and monkfish tail cooked to perfection. Recommended.

The only good thing was the waitress who was honest about the dishes. No atmosphere as only ones in at 7pm on a Friday To give the title of a seafood restaurant is very ambitious The bread was hard , no cutlery to crack the...crab , not much flavour on the cold platter of seafood and would have expected more variety , didn’t feel fresh We had different main courses and we all tried each others , duck was well over cooked and tasteless , Mussels were tasteless and not a big portion for a main It’s a shame as I used to go to this restaurant a lot a few ago and loved it so not sure what has happened I know there is a of competition nearby Unfortunately I won’t be returningMore

I took my parent out for a meal last night and I genuinely hate leaving a bad review but in all honestly this was the worst meal I've had in a very long time. Starting with a plus the service was good, the waitress was...lovely but the food was abysmal. Seafood platter was tasteless and I was scared eating it that I was going to end up ill ( to be clear I was not). The Duck very was overcooked and tasteless, Veg horrendously undercooked and tasteless. I would be very surprised if this place is still open by summer.More

Food was lovely very well presented got a nice and cosy feel was clean but service wasn't exactly good we had an half cast lady service us who didn't know anything about the wines when we asked a question she said she didn't know then...proceed to went to the to the back and could hear her talking in her own language which we found rude and she was loud when talking and my partner notice how she treated the other staff members was so disrespectful in way she spoken to them me and my partner will be going back but we won't be going if she's working.More
