We called in after a walk soon before they closed. It was a good place for a coffee and sticky bun, we enjoyed taking in the view of the river and weir.

Delicious Scandinavian dinner with friends. The set menu was outstanding along with the service and ambience. CSONS did not disappoint. Pure ‘lagom’.

We stopped in for coffee, I couldn’t resist the soup which was amazing! My partner wasn’t hungry so choose the ginger biscuit, clearly homemade and very tasty with a great snap.

Stopped for a bite to eat and couldn’t resist ordering cake to follow. Everything about the visit was excellent and in an incredibly beautiful location. Well worth a visit.

No wonder every table was full, once again the food and service was excellent. It’s brilliant to see the place open in the evening and buzzing. Faultless !

Have heard and read a lot of good things about this place, but was still not disappointed. A beautiful, unseasonably warm, February afternoon we enjoyed a delicious well thought out flavoursome lunch next to the banks of the River Teme. Recommended

I went to this café with a friend for lunch. It’s quite small so you need to book in advance to be sure of a table. I ordered the Gloucester Old Spot Rillettes with home-made piccalilli, potato salad and salad garnish. I must say I...More
