Beautiful place to celebrate an anniversary. At 39 years old I can genuinely say this was the best meal of my life and I've been to Italy and had food in Rome, at the proper back street authentic restaurants. Met up with friends for an overnight stay in Shrewsbury. Really impressed by the quality of our 4 course tasting menu. This includes little appetisers to ‘wet’ your appetite. This restaurant is a family owned business and the food and service is truly wonderful. We opted for the 6 course tasting menu (one vegetarian one normal) and some of the courses were Michelin Guide worthy - especially the starters. I would definitely recommend the...6 over 4 courses. We attended this beautiful little restaurant for our 15th Wedding Anniversary. Delicious food and delightful staff. This whole experience put this restaurant amongst the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of dining in.
