Darwin’s Kitchen enjoys a great location in the heart of Shrewsbury with easy walking access to the railway station, local tourist spots and many great independant shops and boutiques. Four stylishly decorated double rooms are complimented with contemporary en-suite bathrooms, flat screen tv's and free wi-fi access. Darwin's Kitchen is the newest addition to Shrewsbury based company The DiTella Group also comprising of The Loopy Shrew and Darwin's Townhouse. The Chefs have carefully created a menu offering guests a social dining experience. Visited on a quiet Sunday afternoon, just dropped in for some cocktails however ended up with a cheese board and a chocolate fudge cake. The service was quick and our drinks took no time to arrive would 100% recommended.

It was a busy night, bank holiday Sunday. The staff were running round but continued to be absolutely delightful! We were in no rush enjoyed the entire evening and chilled all the way to end! Fantastic place great food 100% recommend.

Stayed here, lovely, quirky room. Obviously really old and full of character, but still with everything you expect, good bathroom, huge, comfy bed etc. Wenger down to bar and had food and drinks. All excellent
