We were 7 friends staying in Bath celebrating our forthcoming big birthdays. This was our first stop of the weekend on Saturday lunchtime. They made us feel so welcome and very special. The food and service were excellent. Great atmosphere too. The weather was beautiful so we sat in the courtyard. It was a brilliant start to our weekend of... More

Came here on a double date with friends, nice atmosphere, decent food, cheap drinks, 2 for 1 cocktails - very good! The portion sizes are huge for the price!

Bath is a city full of pretty squares and alleyways. Only a stones throw from the Park and Ride (Newbridge) bus stop and moments from the Theatre Royal is Las Iguanas, tucked away in a pretty little entry. We went for late lunch at 1.30. Despite being busy we were quickly seated and as soon as the staff were aware... More

We had booked a table for 11 of us for a work leaving meal. The service was very poor. We waited ages for the waitress to come over so we could order our drinks, it got to the point we had to go up and ask if we could get some drinks ordered. We then waited the same time for... More

This place has a really good menu that caters for all sorts of dietary requirements. We are vegetarian and were delighted by the choice and the taste. There is a good range of cocktails available and at 2-4-1 the prices are reasonable.

Nice chain restaurant. Good tasty food. Love the veggie chilli. On a weekday go before 6:30 and you can access the lunch menu. Exactly the same range of food and portions, but like half the price!

My children treated me to a mother's day meal here - we went for tapas dishes, all very good. The gambas stood out - delicious! We ordered cocktails which didn't arrive.. when we chased them up we were informed apologetically that there had been a glitch in the order system. Drinks then arrived swiftly.. The bill at the end seemed... More

We've been coming to this Restaurant for a good few years now and love the food. This visit was to celebrate a graduation and as we no longer live in the UK we were very excited. The Tapas starter were outstanding, superb!! In hindsight we should've had more as the main courses were a bit bland. Great service and atmosphere... More

Walk through the doors of Las Iguanas and find yourself transported to Latin America, full of rich, vibrant colours, quirky features and custom-made wooden mosaic tables made especially for the restaurant from sustainable woods in Brazil. Each restaurant is unique and the staff love bringing unusual things back from their travels, ranging from large lobster sculptures to giant drums. The philosophy of Las Iguanas is to serve delicious and authentic Latin American food and drink in an environment which evokes the very best of Latin life. With recipes dating back to the 16th century, the food successfully fuses native Latin American Indian, Spanish, Portuguese and African influences. Working hard to ensure that everything comes from the best possible source, Las Iguanas is proud of its fresh GM free food and top quality ingredients.
