I think this place hit its high point a few years ago. We had tea and tea cakes which were a little burnt. It was fine but needed a coat of paint and a little freshening up.

Excellent service and food. Staff dealt with my difficult diet with efficiency and without any fuss or problem. Waitresses very polite and eager to please. Would recommend the experience to any one.
