Went to Joya last night was quiet but it was a Tues night in Jan so can imagine it being busy at Weekends. Was greeted by a lovely friendly Waitress and was given complimentary homemade bread which as very tasty. We had starters and a pizza & pasta but couldn't fit in dessert which was a shame as they looked... More

Needs some money spent on decor and the its a shame that its not an authentic italian as perceived. Staff were lovely and welcoming, but menu was disappointing - where are the specialities from Puglia? My heart always sinks when I see Spag Bol, Carbonara and Lasgane. However, the food served was very tasty indeed, can't fault the cooking -... More

After long walk we end up in Joya restaurant. As both of Us like Italian, we stayed for the dinner here. Food was not bad overall. Starter nothing special, but steak was one of the best I had in long time. Service very easy going, not the fasted, but very friendly.

Planned a trip to Bath for my birthday and searched for restaurants to pre-book a meal at. We love Italian food and found this, It's location is easy to find, and quite central. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I'm vegetarian and there's plenty of choice, I didn't have a starter because I wanted a dessert instead but lots... More

Wonderful food and brilliant service. Goats cheese and mushroom starter, followed by fillet steak, all beautifully cooked and chips and steak sauces were particularly delicious. Will definitely come back and would highly recommend this restaurant. Wish it was closer to where we live :-)

Booked last minute for an early evening dinner on a Monday. Delighted to find that those reviews posted praising the food were spot on. Several tables were taken on what would normally be a very quiet night and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Garlic bread with cheese was scrumptious and plenty for 2 people. Pasta with seafood similarly tasty.... More

A great little restaurant, cosy ,warm and enticing. I had the rack of lamb; it was pink, full of flavour and melt in the mouth delicious. My wife had the pesto pollo linguine, the pesto was not overpowering and the sauce beautifully creamy. Garlic bread to start and tartufo to finish, brilliant. We had to wait a little for the... We luckily got a table on a busy Friday evening, without a booking. The staff were welcoming and very nice. The food was very tasty and served without delay. The service was excellent. Good choice of food and drinks, and a very reasonable bill. We would eat there again. It's a good idea to book in advance, as it seemed... More
