Always VERY busy when visiting but that's okay for me as I get a coffee to go before my daily plans. If you're thinking of eating at BTP do be reminded that it is quite small in the seating area, but do not fear, there is a larger BTP in Bath if you're looking for that space!! Staff are always... We visited for breakfast and I had the scotch pancakes with maple syrup and bacon, my husband had poached egg on toast with salmon. We both loved the food and the friendly atmosphere and the pancakes were the best I've had anywhere!!

Really good food and a great selection of different dishes, lovely setting in the square with loads of outside seating for a nice day. The drinks are also brilliant! I had an iced mocha which was lovely and the milkshakes were good too! we visited for breakfast and there were so many options from large full english to lighter breakfasts... More

Loved this place! Having lived in Boston, I was charmed by the name. Their sausage bap with scrambled eggs was great!

Went for a Sunday morning dinner with my son. Loved the food, the dessert and the coffee. Great location. Pretty small place though, however the outdoor area is magnificent on a sunny day. Genuinely friendly staff, overall great experience.

Excellent large plump warm scones. Best I've had in a long time. I only drink green tea and they know how to make a proper brew! Sorry no photo - I scoffed the scone!

Picked up this place to have breakfast on Saturday morning with a friend. We had high hopes and place looked nice'n'cosy. The place is like order by counter, grab your own coffee and catch a table. Coffee was nice, they do soy milk too, but no fresh orange juice and sadly the food was disappointing. Had eggy bread, that was... More

Very retro feel to it. Very 50s. I liked it a lot. Just there for a coffee - good espresso. Perhaps a bit cramped, but I got a table OK. Seating outside too Loo down steep narrow steps. Probably best avoided if you have any kind of movement disability

We first found BTP in Honiton by chance, en route to Cornwall. We've subsequently made a deliberate point of diverting when making the same journey and we also visited the Salisbury location at the weekend. It's actually quite hard to put your finger on why it works so well; what is definitely isn't is high street coffee chain, or another... More

Boston Tea Party is a small family owned independent cafe group serving simple well-prepared food & drinks made with great ingredients, skill and love. Ethically sourced, affordable, feel-good & excellent quality - made from scratch onsite everyday by people who care about what they do. Bath is our smallest & possibly busiest cafe with rarely a spare seat & usually a queue out the door. The quintessential place to watch the world go by, perfectly perched on the edge of a busy Bath square with loads of outside seating & near all the gorgeous Georgian stuff that makes Bath so popular.
