Lovely position right on the Pulteney bridge. We got the perfect position right by a window looking down the river to the weir. Fabulous views. Lovely cup of coffee and my daughter said her hot chocolate was delicious. All spoilt by a rude woman who came into the restaurant. Not rude to the customers but to the waitresses. They were... Went into the right hand side of the shop as left hand side only offered cakes and refreshments. Fantastic view but extremely cramped. Had cooked breakfast minus the baked beans. Egg, bacon and sausage extremely greasy had to use the serviette to mop it up before I could start eating. Attempted to eat the cubed mushrooms but could not as... More

We stopped here on the way back to our accommodation to get some sweet bits and we choose a selection and the staff were friendly and helpful. However the meringue, chocolate brownie and flapjack looked a lot nicer that they were the meringue was very dry with no chewy bits within and lacking in the main flavours. The lemon muffin... More

The staff were friendly enough and it's a great location. They were generous with the jam, but I was glad I had a magnifying glass with me so I could actually see the scone I was eating.

We were staying in bath the weekend and decided to stop and have afternoon tea in here before set for home. Lovely view by the river cute place but not many tables. We both had cream tea it was lovely nice fresh hot scones (2) with jam and clotted cream it was lovely and very filling. Highly recommend.

Friend & I called in for coffees & toast, nice view if you get the right table, not much room though, English breakfast looked expensive for what it was.

Lovely view, especially if you can get a table by a window, but the service and food sadly fall short. The cakes in the window looked lovely but the two scones I was served for a cream tea were tasteless and rubbery (possibly due to being nuked in the microwave?) with a slightly soggy bottom. We ordered our food, the... More

Popped in with the family for a snack. Nice coffee and a good view over the river if you're lucky enough to get a seat that side. Toasted sandwiches all round were fine. No complaints really, although prices were slightly more than I expected to pay, but it is a prime location and it is Bath!

There are better coffee shops when it comes to service. The staff provided a very mediocre service, however as compensation you get a fantastic view overlooking Pultney bridge weir and the river. Sadly Harry B will not be returning to the Bridge Coffee Shop.
