The week I went they were celebrating five years under the current management with an outstanding set of folk musicians. First night was Nancy Kerr, Martin Simpson and Andy Cutting and various other musicians played during the rest of the week. The beer was good...More

...and great music, but the best part of the entire visit was the appearance of Rhonda Rousey! She's as down to earth as the bar staff and just as knowledgeable about the ale selection. If you're visiting Bath, you'd be a fool to miss out...More

Came to Royal Oak for the first time to listen to some live Folk music. Really good stuff. Apparently the pub often has live music and would certainly recommend! Friendly staff, and great selection of beers and ciders!

Always live music, makes such a change from a gastro pub to have somewhere traditional that gives live music a chance.

Description
Family friendly pub. We serve real ales and a traditional sunday roast we'd be happy to eat ourselves. Fresh, seasonal and appetising, high in quality yet value for money. Great range of meats, chicken, pork and beef or a vegetarian and vegan nut roast.
