Excellent service and brilliant menu choices - so nice to see an Italian restaurant that does not have pizza on the menu. Great choice of wines. Absolutely the best service we have ever experienced.

A completely spontaneous booking as we’d never heard of this place before, someone recommended it to us in a bar. The restaurant is located by the weir in Bath and would be amazing to visit in the summer which we will. As you walk in...it looks really clean and tidy, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The whole place looks very traditional but modern. We were shown to our table and our waitress for the evening was Amelia, she like all the staff are very smart and friendly. Amelia was very well educated about the menu, social, chatty, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We were there for my wife’s birthday and she made the evening as special as I’d hoped so thank you again Amelia for everything, you are an asset to the business and really made the evening so special. We had the Focaccia as a starter, this was so light and airy, full of flavour, very, very enjoyable. For mains we had the Tagliatelle Bolognese, this was so rich and full of flavour, I had the Wild Boar Ravioli with truffle and cheese fondue. This had to be the best Ravioli I’ve ever had and trust me I’ve had a lot. Everything was so perfectly balanced and paired so nothing overpowering the other. The pasta in both dishes was absolutely perfect, faultless. For dessert we had the Tiramisù which is my wife’s favourite, this was so rich, creamy and the rendition of Happy Birthday made the evening, thanks again to Amelia for organising and the rest of the team for the harmonies. I had the Cannolo Cheese Cake and this was perfect to finish, nice and citrusy, not to heavy but lovely and creamy. The kitchen is open plan so you can see the staff at work. They obviously have an amazing chef and the team work seamlessly. The bill wasn’t to expensive as to be fair I expected it to be more with the bottle of wine. Thank you once again to Amelia and the team for a truly memorable evening, excellent food, service, ambiance and a friendly environment. 10/10 A++++ I now wish I’d taken some more photosMore
This place is genuinely incredible. We come to Bath every year to visit for the Christmas market and Ponte Vecchio is unmissable! We arrived to the restaurant to realise that I had stupidly booked for the wrong night :( and on a super busy fully...booked Saturday night they STILL managed to accommodate us and seat us straight away. We were super super grateful and they went above and beyond to give us the best experience. Quick service, super friendly staff who all greet you and say bye when you leave, absolutely incredible food and we were even offered free limoncello shots on the house before we left…simply amazing and we will defo continue to come every year!!! :)) xxMore
Very nice staff and a beautiful location. Food was perfection. Perfect relaxing holiday experience and escape from the crowds at the Christmas Market.
Best pasta we have had in a long time! From the start it was an a amazing experience, the service was brilliant the whole time and the staff members really took their time to make sure every detail was perfect, our server Maria was brilliant...and the owner/manager also took the time to make sure everyone's experience was exceptional. The food was insanely good! I think it will dream about the Tiramisu for years it was so good. We had the squid ink pasta and ravioli for main and they were equally exceptional. Would recommend for authentic delicious Italian food!More
Amazing food and a great night. Went here last night for anniversary meal with my partner. The staff were really friendly and helpful, service was quick. The food was incredible, as were the drinks. Cheese fondue on the lasagna meant extra cheese, and the meat...just fell off the bone for the duck. Food is very reasonably priced for the quality. The atmosphere and interior was lovely as well. A really great evening, and I would really recommend this place to anyone looking to celebrate.More

Great for a romantic dinner night out. We went for our anniversary and the setting is just lovely along with the friendly staff and gorgeous food!
We booked dinner for a group of us celebrating our friend’s birthday. Such welcoming and friendly staff with the most wonderful food, every dish was perfect. Would 100% recommend this restaurant.
We stopped here on a day out in Bath, it was a lovely location, central but tucked away from the crowds. There seemed to be a few Italians dining there which we always see as a sign of a good Italian restaurant! The staff were...incredibly friendly and welcoming, and service was fast. The food was delicious and beautifully presented 😍 We had the octopus bruschetta and "calamonki" to start - all of the fish was super fresh and perfectly cooked. For mains we had the risotto tartuffo and the taglioni al nero di seppia - the risotto had so many mushrooms in (and seemed like there was at least 6 different types!) and the taglioni was packed with prawns. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would definitely return.More
What a fabulous restaurant! Ideally situated by the riverside, I'm sure it's lovely on a summer's evening. The restaurant has a great ambience, the staff were all so friendly and welcoming and the food... simply superb! Seabass Ravioli was to die for, Lasagne and Arrabiata...were delicious too, then Tiramusu. The staff asked if we were celebrating a birthday, which we were, and brought out a special dessert which was a lovely touch. Overall a fantastic experience.More
What a welcoming restaurant! The moment you entered the establishment you were met with friendly, helpful servers. The ambience was wonderful with a fantastic view of the weir. The food was delicious and plated up beautifully. From main to pudding, we had a great experience.
