Dropped in on a Saturday early evening on the off chance of a table. Got a seat at the bar, which was perfect. Food was delicious, with no fuss and excellent service. The wine was good and the meal not expensive.
Overall quality of food, service and value for money made for a very pleasant meal. Meat boards were a highlight as were friendly staff and relaxed feel.
Slight downside & reason for not 5/5 in my view was the tendency for servings to be lavished...More
A real treat in the centre of Bath - plenty of dishes to choose from and each one delicious. Lovely atmosphere and helpful service - especially to choosing dishes! Recommended for adults and families with older children.

There is music, and I think some evening they have live music..might be useful to email them to confirm. It could be a little cosy for a large group, as it is a small area...depends how cosy you like your party!!
