The food is the star of the show here. Everything else is fine too but it really is the quality and presentation of the food that keeps bringing us back and makes this restaurant the best in Bath area. It’s not inexpensive but it is...More

This was my partner and I first visit to the olive tree, and I couldn’t have been any more blown away. The service, food and wine were out of this world and we will definitely be back on our next visit to bath. Do not...More

Myself and my friend opted for the seven course tasting menu. The food was excellent. The highlight of the menu was definitely the duck which was to die for. My least favourite was possibly the turbot, although the fish was cooked beautifully it was served...More

The staff were amazing, friendly and attentive. All the seven dishes in the tester menu were brilliant and exciting, I would highly recommend.

Service in the bar is slow, in the restaurant they serve the wine then leave it remotely but fail to serve you when your glass is empty. the wine mark ups are ridiculous, encourages one to drink plonk. the food, however, is first class. The...More

Gosh aren’t on line reviews fickle things. I just read a couples review from yesterday when we also dined at the Olive tree. Our experience could not be different. I eat in many fine restaurants and this was a very welcome return after some 20...More

Where to begin? I struggle to think of a worse meal. Trying to be upmarket, the decor gives all the ambience of an airport hotel; snooty young waitress was patronising verging on rude (she lost any interest she may have mustered when we declined to...More

Dear 108jules, Thank you for the two reviews that you posted following your dinner on Friday evening. In as much as you found your choice of restaurant regrettable, it is equally regrettable that we had to extend our service to guests such as yourselves. You...More
