Hidden in a lovely cobbled road just off the main street - this is a gem. Upstairs for excellent pies, served piping hot, really good range of interesting beers, and concise wine list. Worth a visit.

Visited for lunch in August 2018. This is a traditional real ale pub in the city centre. The pies were first rate and there was a good selection of ales on tap. Well recommend.
