Having been on a long trek with the family, we decided to pop in for lunch, welcomed by a friendly chap who took our order and served us very efficiently and food quality was fantastic, not expensive either! Old fashioned service that you don't see any more! Cheers

Food was excellent large portions hot and tasty, the fish was just right not to much batter to overwhelm the taste of the fish, recommended.

Popped in on a cold Friday lunchtime. The place wasn't too busy at it was still low season before Easter and Spring break. The food was great! We ordered Sausage and Chips, which was excellent value for money! Will definitely be back to try more on the menu when we next visit Cheddar.

We came back here 3 times in a week, as were staying self catering, and found the food, value and service very good. Great size portions and always tasted fresh, cod in batter was cooked to perfection, as were the breaded mushrooms. just as well I live 40 miles away, or I would be obese within a month.

We often drive out to Cheddar just for fish and chips as Tuckers always do such great fish and chips. I had standard cod and chips and my partner had large cod and chips from the takeaway part and they were both spot on. Will return in the future for sure.

Very disappointed to have gone to my local fish and chip shop after a hard day at work. Paying over £2.50 for a large portion of chips which was no more than 20 chips. Young staff who were Un welcoming and didn't seem to know what they were doing. Won't be visiting again.

We chose Tuckers as it seemed the most popular and one of few that were open at this time of year. We went disappointed. The service was pleasant, and the all day brunch with tea or coffee was almost more than we could eat. All cooked well and tasty. A good find.

Me and my boyfriend had spent the day in Weston Super-Mare and decided to stop off in Cheddar Gorge for a bit of lunch! We had dined here before and decided to return because the food was so lovely! I would recommend to anyone wanting a lovely bit of lunch within a lovely setting!
