Don't worry about turning up with muddy boots, kids and a dog - everyone is made to feel welcome and you can sit by the log burner with drinks and a meal and relax in cosy, rustic surroundings. We stop off here when we are walking around the area and it's always popular. Highly recommended and they make great fluffy... More

Great pub grub. Huge portions. Delicious puddings. Really friendly. Fair prices. Well kept local beers. Warm open fire.

If you enjoy walking with your dogs and want somewhere to eat - no better place than The Queen Vic. Always got two fires going to warm you up on a cold wet day in the winter. Dog friendly, this always gets you talking to the table next to you. Food is home cooked, plentiful and delicious. No need to... More

A classic English Country Pub far from the madding crowds where Locals and Visitors alike enjoy the superb ambience of a huge open fire, Flag Stone floors, ancient low beamed ceiling. Add to this wonderful Beers, Ciders and Wines plus excellent home cooked food. We were staying locally for 2 nights and without hesitation had drinks and dinner here both... More

This is a wonderful traditional and charming pub with some lovely cooper tools around the walls and wood fire places. But sadly, anytime we have been here we have been put off by the stench of dogs....especially on rainy days! The food smells nice but I cannot bring myself to eat with this smell....they even allow dogs to sit on... More

We went there on two separate occasions, the food was proper pub food and the setting was very British and lovely for a summer evening!

Good pub food in a very lovely village of Priddy. The ploughman sandwich was very good. Fresh salads and great beer selection. Outdoor patio and seating in the shade was a welcoming spot on a rare warm afternoon in England.

A proper oldie worldy pub. The food was excellent, the staff friendly and efficient, good choice of drinks. The only let down was the lady who decided to come in and sit on the table opposite us with her wet dog, which she let sit on the seat cushion and proceeded to let it lick her mouth in front of... This pub is in a great location! Unfortunately for us, we arrived when it was pouring with rain, however I am sure it looks even prettier in the sunshine! We arrived wanted a quick bite to eat, as we were heading home from our holiday. Our food arrived quickly and we enjoyed our food. I would definitely return, the other... More
