We stopped here for a snack on a sunny Sunday afternoon and sat in the garden at the rear. We were handed the menu after a while and ordered drinks and food. After a lengthy wait I went to ask for the drinks as they had not arrived. The young lady did offer me a glass of water, which I appreciated... More

I visited the coffee shop on a Sunday afternoon for a small bite to eat with my partner and I ordered a ham and cheese toastie which came with some chips and salad, the food didn't take too long to come which I was impressed with as I saw that there was a young chef making the food. However when... More

Lichfield is simply beautiful and puts Staffordshire's County town in the shade.Terrific choice of places to wine and dine and this little nugget near the Cathedral, didn't disappoint. Great food but cold plates!!!! Otherwise very nice and the cottage pie delicious. Thanks Linda for looking after us and all those trips up and down the stairs.Tea pots too small!!!

Popped in for a warming drink on a wet and miserable afternoon. Friendly staff and excellent service: had a huge slice of lemon cake and a mug of coffee for a more-than-reasonable price. Recommended.

Jay Myatt was a wonderful chef and character, what a lovely quaint coffee shop filled with pleasant and happy staff. Jay Myatt was the highlight of the event, as he always is, every Sunday I order a nice coffee and he always gives me the loveliest of smiles, bless his heart.

We had soup and sandwiches, they do a child's menu as well. The soup was very tasty, and was served nice and hot. Service was pleasant and the prices are reasonable. It wasn't overcrowded which was nice.

We stopped at this very special little café for breakfast and were pleasantly surprised! The bacon, egg and mushroom sandwich was so yummy I already want to go back for another one! The service was friendly, the ambiance very charming Tudor English (would love to know the history), and the food delicious. It was a pretty day so we sat... More

It was reasonably priced at £6 for a small dinner (which my partner had) and £7:75 for a standard dinner, which I had. When it arrived it wad piping hot, and tasted absolutely delicious. We... More
