Horrible horrible service!!!! Delivery took 2,5 hours!!! Ridiculous!!!! When we called to cancel we’ve been told delivery will be with us in next 10 mins!!! Very poor customer service!! If I could review on negative it would be -10!!!!!

Booked our table for 6pm after a visit to the cinema. A nice friendly welcome, and the service and food were excellent. There was a nice atmosphere as the restaurant was fairly busy. It is not licensed and they are happy for you to bring...your own alcohol. Nice choice of desserts , unfortunately didn’t have time for one!More

Been before with family that live in Stafford but didn’t find the time to write a review well this restaurant is clean decor is pleasant.The staff are nice and friendly and found them professional and all the food we ordered on both occasions was extremely...delicious the portions were great and really good value for money we will return anytime when we are back in town.More

Booked a table for my two sons and myself. The service was diabolical, it took 50 minutes to deliver some cold popadoms, and another 20 minutes for our main courses. The restaurant was only half full and there were six members of staff wandering around...but obviously poorly organised. The food was very poor, the worst Indian that l have ever been in. Plus they only accept cash!More

Ordered a takeaway for the first time from the Island and it will definitely be the last. Waited for well over an hour for the food to arrive which wasn't too much of a problem. When we opened the bag we discovered that we had...been given the wrong order. We rang the Island and were told that it would get sorted. It did get sorted over another hour later. The young lad who delivered both times had a terrible couldn't care less attitude. Will definitely never use this place again and will take my custom elsewhere which provides better serviceMore

Our pre-booked party of 4 was warmly welcomed on arrival at 1830hrs, and selected non-alcoholic drinks and main courses from the extensive menu. Both were served promptly, and were delicious, being tasty and well-presented. The dessert menu was also extensive, and everyone enjoyed their choices....The staff were enthusiastic and friendly, and overall an excellent experience. Free parking is available outside the venue after 1800hrs. Highly recommended.More

Visited on a quiet bank holiday weekend evening. Served by a young staff who were prompt, polite, and thorough. A good selection on the menu. Fast to arrive and tasty. I’d recommend 3 sundries between two people, they aren’t huge servings. A good selection of...milkshakes, desserts, pop, and mocktails. It is bring your own alcohol. Would visit again.More

Been here a few times and had delivery's also. Service is always slow. The food is very tasty but the portion size is very small for the price. You get around 5 pieces of meat and that wouldn't be enough for my dog let alone...a human. There is also lack of ingredients too such as onions, peppers etc. Basically put more food in the sauce! Naan is very small and so is the rice. I wouldn't say it was good value for money to be honest. Plus there is no drinks license.More

I am a regular visitor to the Island. The food and service is great. Never feel rushed. Went with friends last week and Hope was our server. She and the rest of the staff did a fantastic job and I will be back very soon

As I walked through the door instantly recognised as a ‘table for one’ having been here a few times recently. My server (named Hope) looked after me as she always does, impeccably. I like to take my time, and peruse the menu, so I wasn’t...rushed. I was given advice and recommendations based on my questions…all with superb accuracy when the food arrived. I had the syletti king prawn poori to start and a chicken tikka jalfrezi Balti main…and demolished the kit. Superb service and great quality food…More
