Visited from time to time for drinks and occasionally for food. The drinks are well kept and reasonably priced. The food is very good value for money and the staff are typical "Stokies" warm and welcoming. Worth a visit.

Visit here every couple of months around 5-6pm, pleased with choice on menus and any food we've ordered has been tasty, well cooked and reasonably priced. Staff have always been polite and friendly and the whole area clean and tidy.

They now have a disco. Too loud for the locals trying to have a drink and a chat. Pub is suffering from an identity crisis.More

Thank you for the feedback. The DJ started about 6/7 weeks ago every Friday at the request of our Friday evening regulars who love to unwind after work. This has been duplicated at other pubs in the area and is nothing unusual. The DJ is...More

Not sure that this is a review or a personal attack at the owners. The Pub isn't going downhill and many locals and regulars do come into the pub. The pub is not dirty as it is cleaned every day by a professional cleaner, it's...More

Looking forward to a nice 8oz Gammon Steak. Pub quiet and service was quick. Unfortunately the portion sizes leave a lot to be desired and the gammon was very fatty. Both of us only had 10 chips, not value for money. 😢
