We went for an evening meal, friendly welome and good menu. I had the smoked prawns as a starter, my wife had the prawn cocktail, both very enjoyable. Main courses excellent, I had lamb shank and wife had Cajun chicken, again both very enjoyable meals....More

This is a favourite spot in Aldeburgh and deserves recognition against the backdrop of the trendy, well advertised and pricey competition from the restaurants. If you want unfussy good fresh cooking with pub priced alcohol then consider the Mill Inn. The main dining area looks...More

After a walk around the town we popped in here for a drink before dinner, met some lovely people and shared a few bottles with them, made us late for dinner! Great service even if the barman does not smile, (ha ha) great place!!

The Mill Inn was recommended to us by a local acquaintance. Really interesting building inside and out; lots of nooks. Very dog friendly, which is always a good thing. Good looking bar, with plenty of choices. One of the beers we chose had just finished,...More

Not at all posh, but offers decent pub food at good value prices. My wife and I had lunch here as we were holidaying nearby, and both of us had fish and chips. Excellent. If you want posh or smart this is not the place,...More
