Great food. Cheese straw nibbles a little greasy. Duck was lovely and sticky toffee pudding was great. Nice atmosphere not as packed as it used to be which is much better.

I used to frequent this pub 40 years ago, when it was something os a 'dive.' Totally different now: refurbished, clean, airy, friendly staff and great food. Only seems to get very busy at lunchtime but probably more so at the height of the season....More

We visited here on a Saturday evening as a group of friends. It was very busy and had a fantastic atmosphere. The service was fast and friendly. Food was also very tasted but we was a little bit underwhelmed.
