Came to cheers tonight the service was amazing friendly and smile all the time nothing was ever to much.....Claudia remembered us from about 1 year ago and we instantly felt at ease... she is amazing host will defo be returning to receive Claudia's hospitality =)

Amazing place! Such good service, staff were so attentive. The food was plentiful and very tasty and such good value for money. First time visiting but it won’t be the last.

Beautiful service, amazing food. Grace and Ines made it perfect. Fluid service T bone steak is a must and a bottle of monte velho red wine.

Came here for Sunday lunch with family. Was very impressed with the service and food. Staff often asked if we needed more meat and portions were generous. Great value for money, especially the steak and drinks! Will definitely return.

The spot is great for date nights, casual food or fancy dinners! I went with my boyfriend and was served by Filipe and Claudia who were amazing and very helpful, chatty and polite. The food was fresh and tasted great!

We were a party of 5, mostly 90+ years young. First time at Cheers and booked on line so really didn't know what to expect. Pushed open the door and instantly decided we'd made a mistake here. The place was crowded, noisy and full of...very much younger people enjoying their night out with decibels to match. We were made very welcome, and quite quickly adjusted to the buzz going on all around us. We all ordered Sirloins done to different levels of "cooked". All 5 steaks were done to perfection and we all agreed the best steaks we'd had for a long time, and the chef clearly knew what he/she was doing back there in the kitchen. Well done Chef. The accompanying chips were also top rate Our first impression of Cheers was very quickly replaced by one of "what a great place to come and eat". We all left with promises to return.More

We were in Bury, St Edmunds for one night. I looked up local restaurants for a small celebration dinner for four. We decided on Cheers and we were not disappointed. When we arrived, (on a Thursday night) the place was packed but we were shown...to our table quickly and looked after superbly by two lovely people - Ana and Filipe. Nothing was too much bother and they were on the ball with service of food and drinks - all done with fantastic good fun. Three steaks were cooked to perfection and the one chicken dish was equally as good. Portions are generous so we shared dessert, which Filipe assured us we would love. He was spot on. Dessert was also generous and very very tasty. Well done Cheers. We will return if visiting the area again.More
