I get that this is a 'proper pub' but customers these days do have more eclectic tastes in wine rather than just " red, white or rose".

After an initial panic on not seeing any hand pumps, we were relieved to find they were 'slightly' hidden at the end of the bar. There was a blackboard listing the real ales on offer so it was our fault for not being observant enough!...More
Really nice pub, popular with locals. Just popped in for a quick carlsberg. Did not try the food, but this pub has a really nice feel to it. Barmaid was friendly and would probably go back next time for more than just the one!
