Popped in for a few pints on a recent visit to Woodbridge. Nice old pub that does the job, nothing more. A good selection of real ales on offer, and the place was warm and cosy. But, was short-changed by the lass behind the bar...More

I get that this is a 'proper pub' but customers these days do have more eclectic tastes in wine rather than just " red, white or rose". This place could be great but the attitude of the staff when we visited and the no exist...More

I am very lucky to live in Woodbridge and after spending several years here, the Old Mariner is always my first port of call! Really good beer, good atmosphere and nice outdoor space to!

Really nice pub, popular with locals. Just popped in for a quick carlsberg. Did not try the food, but this pub has a really nice feel to it. Barmaid was friendly and would probably go back next time for more than just the one!
