A treat after a walk with the dog on a Sunday lunch. Popped in and enjoyed tremendously good Roast Beef and fish pie!! All home made and generous but not over the top portions. Highly recommended!!

We visited last night with friends who had eaten here a couple of times before. We were not disappointed, there was a varied menu and I had Satay to start followed by Chicken Massaman and coconut rice. Generous portion size, lovely and hot and very delicious. It's a beautiful old pub in a pretty location. Can thoroughly recommend.

After many visits for a meal, and also using the take away service ,thought I should congratulate The Barley Mow for its continued excellent service and even greater food, this beats anything in Guildford or locally

Enjoyed a delicious Thai lunch today in this lovely pub. The staff (and locals) were pleasant and helpful, we will definitely go back.

I can't profess to being a Thai food connoisseur, but our whole party (including children) wholeheartedly enjoyed our early evening meal. The food choice was from a very varied menu - the usual curries, stir fries, Thai salads, vegetable dishes and rice and noodles. Service was extremely polite and prompt. The occasion was a birthday meal and the staff were... More

Dinned as a group of 12 people, superb Thai food, excellent service. We had a large table all to ourselves in a private room. Great atmosphere.

It's been a long time since we enjoyed a Thai restaurant, the Barley Mow is a great place to enjoy any evening out. The place is full of locals but they are welcoming, it is a cosy place fires on the go, the place bussing, plenty of dogs banter and fun. As for the food, well it was fabulous the... More

A group of 14 visited the restaurant and we were pleased with the food and the service, albeit the surroundings are very cramped and it is a little annoying having to go into the adjacent pub to order drinks. The starter platter, the prawn dishes and the sizzling sirloin steak were particularly tasty, The service was good and it was... More

The mixed menu of Thai and traditional English food (steaks, pies etc.) provides customers with a wide range of choices. The sirloin steak I had was well cooked - exactly medium rare. The pub is traditonally modest and not exceptional.

A lovely Thai lunch with friends at this Pub. The Pub itself looks a bit tired and could do with a lick of paint, but the food was really good. Well cooked and presented Thai curries and a first class Pud Thai.
