Visited several times to this place, never had a bad meal, we only go elswhere to try other places. Staff are friendly, food is good, prices are reasonable. A little cramped seating in a couple of areas but not too bad.

Very disappointed we booked a table for 6 pm for 4 people. We were asked if we would like to order poppadoms and pickles while we chose our main course. The pickles were 3 different ones about the size of a teaspoon each between 4....More

Dined here for a pre-theatre meal but had to ask for the pre-theatre menu. Despite the menu stating they catered for people with dietary requirements I asked for substitutions on four different dishes and the waitress said none were possible. All chicken dishes apparently contain...More

Decided to give this place a second chance and was sadly disappointed. Service extremely slow and inaccurate. Original opinion confirmed. Won't be visiting again. Restaurant next door is far friendlier and reliable!

First visit to Dabbawal and it was brilliant. My friend and I shared three tapas and a main course after the delicious poppadoms. Every dish was so tasty and presentation was excellent. Can't wait to go back and try other dishes. Lovely restaurant.

I was a little bit concerned about my zero tolerance for spicy food, so I went for the Dabbawal Grill Plate, which you get a little bit of the meats they serve, and luckily everything was non-spicy at all and amazingly good. I had one...More

Was looking for somewhere to eat after a theatre matinee show and some of the places that we looked at were pretentious places serving ponced up burgers in awful brioche buns served on dirty wooden boards or roof tiles. On a Google search I found...More

I prefer to avoid Halal, for animal welfare reasons, so do they serve some good non-halal options?

We are vegetarian and there were plenty of non-meat dishes. I don't know about the meat.
