We had a nice lunch at the Weatherspoons. The staff were friendly and the service was good. The entrance is level access and inside is mostly on one level. There is an accessible bathroom and disabled parking spaces outside the pub.

Fantastic outside seating area both front and back with great quayside location. Otherwise everything exactly as you would expect from a 'spoons'. Cheap breakfast, cheap beer etc.

Knowing we would be busy doing things in Newcastle until mid-afternoon, after we'd arrived by train, we headed straight for The Quayside for a traditional English breakfast. It was such a glorious morning, we chose to sit in the courtyard and it was a great...More
