Popped in for a quick breakfast and the bacon and sausage stotty didn't disappoint. Really fresh and hot and tasty. Lovely coffee too!
Came with my parents on a sunny Saturday about 3pm. As it's the Easter break there were no students so got a seat inside with no queue (outside was full). I opted for the Arlo open sandwich which was really fresh. My parents went for new dishes on the menu - the salmon taco and pork baguette, both of which... More
Mother days treat spoiled by lukewarm food. Very busy place, nice atmosphere but indifferent staff. We noticed a neighbouring table send their breakfast back for being cold, only wish we had taken notice. We both ordered a full breakfast which were served on coldish plates. The food ranged in temperature from steaming beans to a literally stone cold poached egg... More
We went for lunch with the kids and all thoroughly enjoyed it. Halloumi burger with pickled fennel & smoked hummus was a tasty mix of flavours, and the kids were more than happy with their burger and fish options. But the cakes, wow! Cappuccino & caramel cake is out of this world. Will definitely be returning.

Wonderful! Visited for the first time last weekend. The food is amazing no matter what your preference. The service is first class and there is a very relaxing atmosphere. Will visit again for certain when next in Newcastle.

Eggs Royale was really good, wish the dish was bigger! Friends had granola, waffles and smashed avocado and they all loved theirs too. Can't wait to go... More
Came here with a friend for an early dinner and was very impressed with the food! The service was great and the waitress was very friendly. Even though the menu is simple, there is a nice variety and I ended up going for the vegetarian Halloumi burger. Great choice and the Harissa spices were so good! I can't remember what... More
