I made our booking through “open table” on the afternoon of our evening meal for myself and two friends who were visiting from out of town; their choice was Indian cuisine. At the last minute another friend joined us, increasing our party to 4. Upon...More

Hadn't been for a while so thought we would give it a try, as it used to be a favourite, but was disappointing on our last visit. Have to say it has improved and is much more like the Vujon of old. Food and service...More

Went with my brother and a mate on a Sunday. Was kept waiting an eternity for our order and after prompting was delivered two tasteless monstrosities tasting of curry and chilli powder that hadn’t been cooked through. I suspect they forgot about us and threw...More

The layout and decor is welcoming and a good standard with plenty of attentive waiters who are not intrusive. Unfortunately the food was inconsistent which was especially disappointing considering this is one of the most expensive Indian restaurants in Newcastle. We were a party of...More

We’ve been here a couple of times, they have always squeezed us in, even without a reservation. The staff are very friendly and the food is always tasty. Average sized portions.

The food was delicious, the lamb dish & the beef dish was very tasty. The waiters were very attentive but not in a bad way. The interior was beautiful. Will defiantly go back.

Four of us dined here last night and everything from start to finish was fantastic. The positions are generous and every dish was perfectly spiced. Staff are great as well. My recommendation is the Railway Lamb - delicious. Will be returning.

Nothing out of the ordinary, not much "original" but a joy to eat. Love my Indian food and I'm sure theres more variation from what is served in 90% of restaurants. That said, everything here was spot on
