Never, and I mean never, have I ever felt so inexplicably ill from eating food in this county. I visited on Tuesday and put it this was I left the place so fast because I knew before i even left the restaurant, that it was going to be a rush home. It is now Thursday evening and I am still... More

Dear Mr Scott, We are terribly sorry for your illness and hope you recover soon. However, It is highly unlikely that your issue would have been caused instantaneously by food which you consumed at our restaurant, it would usually take a few hours or a day to develop. Perhaps it may have been something from early in the day or... More

Ate here when I was being hosted in Newcastle. From the outside, it doesn't look all that promising or large, but once inside, you realize that it's spacious and high quality. The curries are unusual and delicious - I had the Sht Kora Delight which had spices I'd never experienced before. Delightful and reasonably priced. Don't miss it if you... More

Service was good, not intrusive but polite. Food was good but overpriced. I don't mind paying a bit more for fantastic food but unfortunately the food was on par with many cheaper restaurants locally so I doubt I'll return but will instead go back to my normal curry houses.

Had a good meal last night at this restaurant which In my opinion is best decribed in on e word as "unusual". An unusual - but comfortable - setting, in an unusual location; and do take time to study the menu because the dishes also are unusual - dont expect the "curry house" names. Do expect very good tasty dishes,... More

My boyfriend and I have dined at this restaurant a couple of times and always find ourselves pleasantly surprised at how great the quality of the food and service is. The staff are always extremely polite, professional, warm and welcoming whenever we come. If you want amazing Indian food come here. A**

As always, the Valley Junction restaurant was amazing ! We were seated straight away and welcomed by owner Loku. I actually felt a little unwell - despite it being my birthday, the staff could not have been nicer or kinder. Our meals were lovely and we were able to share a customary joke about coriander . I would like to... More

Off to a bad start when we were kept waiting in entrance for twenty minutes before being shown to table, despite only arriving five minutes early. Into the restaurant and it was quite busy, but not full so couldn't see why we were kept waiting too long. Pickles and popadoms rather bland. Starters: again rather bland, only one of my... More

I visited here with my partner in December. The menu is very extensive but we decided to go for the chef's 7 course menu. This is a fantastic way to try a variety of things. The principle of the menu is simple: the chef chooses whatever he wants to cook you that evening. It is a total surprise. The food... More

We could not fault the service and the cosy ambiance of this restaurant however the food was abysmal. We had 2 starters - the chapati roll was cold. It was just a shop bought tortilla wrap with some lamb filling. The wrap was definitely not home made. The chicken tandoori was good but the portion size was poor. Next we... More
