The garden at the back is simple and quiet. It too a little before placing our order but the afternoon tea was quite good. Nice selection of teas, big scones!

Called in for a quick drink Saturday morning, it's the most quaint of buildings oozing in beams, sloping floors etc. Service was a tad slow but to be fair it was getting towards lunchtime and some staff were obviously new and undergoing training. Having said...More

We found a circular table for lunch upstairs. The service was attentive and swift. I ordered the beef sandwiches with cream of horseradish and found they were neatly cut, delicious and served with tomato and crisps. Definitely a place to stop at should I visit...More

Lovely tea rooms and not the appearance it seems when u walk in. On two levels and wooden beams uneven floors with steep stairways. Typical Tudor houses. Food is excellent and well worth the money Give it a visit you will be surprised.

We sat at the front by the window which was a little noisy (due to the coffee machine) but pots of tea came promptly followed by generous portions of fluffy scones with jam and clotted cream which tasted great! Would recommend!

Huge range of teas and coffees, soya milk available. Very deceptive, looks tiny from the front but loads more seating through the back and upstairs.
