Great food, good value, friendly people - but dont tell everyone as they will all go!! Check out their various 'special' events as well.

Really nice place, found it on Google Maps and was a great choice in the end. Staff are friendly and welcoming...pub is clean and service/food was amazing. They also like dogs here, so perfect place to stop after walking.

This pub is one of our local pubs and our pub of choice! They have a good selection of both beer and food at reasonable prices - it's an easy place to visit ... people are pretty friendly ... they have themed evenings each week and live music once a month ... Well worth a visit...

Despite the pub being extremely busy, the service and food were prompt and excellent. Great to have such a good pub on the doorstep!

Very good night at a tickets only do. Not too crowded and live music. Plenty of high quality hot and cold snacks brought round by friendly staff all included in the ticket price. Not crowded at all just nice. Would definitely do this again.

This place was great! The atmosphere was lovely, nice to see that you could bring your dog with you if you wanted. The staff were very friendly and the food was really nice. I had a burger and it had to be one of the best i've tasted!

We were greeted on our arrival and shown to our table in conservatory which was ideal.Staff were brilliant, menu ideal and catered for all. Quality of food... More

We went for lunch on Christmas Eve expecting it to be packed but it was quite empty and lacking in atmosphere. There were 5 of us and we had a range from the menu including average pizzas and burgers - the highlight was the baked camembert. Not sure we will go again

We visited Tom O' The Wood for dinner and drinks on a Saturday night. It had a lovely friendly atmosphere as soon as we walked in. The pub is dog friendly, which we liked, but we sat out in the restaurant for dinner and there were no dogs there which was preferable. The food was great. Huge portions and very... More
