we had a very good meal at the above restaurant but had to ask for our vegetables to be delivered to our table some time after the main course was presented. Apart from this minor problem we had a very pleasant evening and felt that...More

This restaurant has lovely staff, good food, interesting interior. I particularly like Micatto crab stuffed pasta. The menu changes seasonally, and I am looking forward to having some winter dishes.

2nd visit for us, for a birthday. Decor and staff of this place I cannot fault, the waiters and front of house always attentive, friendly and professional, and our previous visit some two years ago was excellent. This time, well........You may make your own pasta...More

Sorry to disagree with the other reviews, however there are much better restaurants in Warwick. I have had visitors from the States so we have eaten out a lot over the past two weeks and this restaurant was probably the worst. The salad was good,...More

This was our first time to Micatto although some of the party had been before. This restaurant is unmistakably Italian, the decor, service and atmosphere was fantastic. This wasn't a romantic meal but if that were the case I wouldn't be happy to be upstairs...More

Following a hiccup in ownership it was good to go back to the recently reopened Micatto. Food fantastic, staff need to gear up a notch to be perfect. Opening the doors to let the cold night air in to get rid if everybody was not...More

I visited Micatto with friends on a Friday night & were looked after wonderfully. The host was waiting at the door to greet us with a friendly 'Buonasera!', we were 20 minutes early so he pointed us to the bar, the team quickly got a...More

Description
Micatto Cusina Aperta opened in October 2012 in the heart of historic Warwick. "Cusina Aperta" means ”open kitchen”, it is a promise of quality food and the ability to see your food getting prepared by our team of chefs. Creative Director Mr Ahmadi has managed to capture an industrial feel, taking inspiration from New York's Soho area. The white shattered tiles, vintage lighting and mustard yellow leather sofas has given Micatto a contemporary and unique look as well as a comfortable feel. We are sourcing our ingredients from both local and Italian suppliers, some of which are imported specifically for our use. All of our pasta is made in house on a daily basis and we are creating amazing dishes, sometimes using the most simplest of ingredients. Executive chef Miss Elena Brannstrom used her knowledge in regional Italian cuisine, taking inspiration from both Asia, Middle East and Europe, using “The Italian Academy of Cuisine" as a guideline.
