Myself and friends visited 200degs coffee shop in Manchester this afternoon and I can honestly say it’s the best around. The staff were not only efficient but so so friendly and kind. Thank you so much for a great few hours!!

The entire atmosphere of the café, as well as the quality of the drinks and the friendliness of the staff really made for an enjoyable experience here. The quality of the coffee was great (but it was a shame about the lack of straws). All...of the staff seemed great - especially Nat, who seemed very pleasant! :) I would definitely recommend!!More

Popped in today for coffee. Took over 25 minutes before we finally got our drinks due a number of errors. Nearly gave up and walked out but they finally arrived, although we had to have take out in the end as we couldn’t wait any...longer. Staff muttered an apology & made some excuse about the till roll not working. Shame as we have been here before and service has been good. It’s put us off ever going back. Other customers also seemed to be having a long wait.More

Popped in for coffee on a busy saturday. Daughter had a smoothie and sandwich which she said was gorgeous and my cappuccino was great. Lovely and smooth but nice and strong. Staff here are so lovely, friendly and chatty despite rude customers! Angus was so...attentive helpful and sunny! It just so improves places to find wonderful staff. Keep it up Angus, you shone!More

Dropped in to fill a gap!… Short stop to eat cake and drink good coffee. Service was great. Lovely setting. Central to bustling town centre, ideally placed. Delicious.

I've decided to write this review because today I've reached my breaking point. Without any desire to leave this review neither being rude or mean, I've just want to let the management know that the staff is absolutely rude, unrespectful and arrogant for enough time...now to become a fact. I've been kept on going to 200° because the coffee it's nice (overpriced for the alternative milk though, many place offers the same without extra charge the vegan option) but I'll not getting back there anymore. Today we had clearly a misunderstanding going on while the girl at the cashier asked me and a friend of mine to wait and collect the drinks inside. We just sat outside, even though we thought was a safer way of keeping social distancing in place instead of queuing inside the coffee shop with others several people, so, another girl with shaven head brings us ours drinks outside while in a very rude, aggressive and loud way, she pointed at the fact that they asked us to collect ours drinks inside because they don't provide table service. I just can't see the point of acting this way. She could have told us the same sentence but with respect that should be the base of a normal communication between people especially if neither me or my friend were in anyway rude or whatsoever towards her. It was a clear misunderstanding that should have been handled in a different way but again, she was no more than absolutely unrespectful and very inappropriate. No-one should be treated that way. Moreover when my friend come inside and just ask in a nice way for some sugar she's just throw 7 of them to him in a very bothered and rude way. Cherry on top, wasn't the first time that she was behaving in this way, (shaven girl) she's always doing this and the girl at the cashier also get wrong my order today and several other times before when se gave to me a regular milk instead of oat milk as I asked for and when she replaced it she also was bothered and rude as it was my fault. Is she learning from the shaven head girl? Who knows... I use to be a Manager in a coffee shop, before I resigned, so, I kind of know what I'm talking about. Customer service not received in this place. Actually, simple respect for another human being not received in this place. I saw people treat and speak to dogs in a better way. Really would like to leave 0 star but I can't.More

We walked in, asked a question about the cold drinks and were told ‘these are soft drinks’ I knew which ones but wanted to know what kinds of lemonades etc they were as the labels weren’t visible and she exasperated and rolled her eyes and...said ‘they’re like normal soft drinks’ When we initially entered, she didn’t bother greeting or tell us we could have placed the order with her when we were looking at the menu and she could tell we didn’t know if we had to queue up as most people were waiting for their drinks. It completely ruined our day out and walked out as soon as she behaved in a racist manner. Unacceptable and sad to know in these times people still do such things.More
