Was rubbish. Drinks were terrible, service was terrible. Food was ok, but nowhere near enough. Came here on recommendation, will not be returning! Manager gave excuse of too many or us, there were only 5 of us!

They have literally two vegetarian dishes on the menu - one of which is just broccoli in ginger sauce. The portions were tiny and the good was average. We had to wait for our noodles (sude dish) after our mains had arrived so these were...More

First time in Birmingham before a concert. Both my partner and I loved the food and for a fair price 👌🏻 I would definitely go here again if ever in Birmingham.

Was second time my friends & I have visited this restaurant & unfortunately this time we were pretty disappointed. The restaurant mixed up the booking but we're still able to accommodate us. The karaoke machine was not very user friendly & we spent more time...More

This is a party place, good for groups of friends looking for cheap decent Thai food and entertainment fuelled by enough alcohol. We visited before most of the evening punters started coming in. We were served courteously and timely. Food was well prepared and tasty....More

My friends and I have visited Pad Thai on several occasions - for the karaoke bar rather than the food. These have usually been very enjoyable experiences, but our most recent visit last weekend will certainly be our last. The problem centred around the way...More

My colleague booked a room here for his leaving party, and it was surprisingly cosy - there are a number of private rooms for groups, so you can embarrass yourself at karaoke among friends rather than the world at large! The set menus had enough...More

Ordered through Deliveroo. Food was on time, still hot and portion sizes good. The pad thai especially tasty, only criticism the beef was a little tough - but curry sauce made up for it. Helped me get through a late shift at work!

Description
OK, so the name's hardly original but there's nothing else quite like Pad Thai in Birmingham. Step downstairs by the Cathay at Holloway Head and you enter a den of unforgettable fun. Here you can eat, drink and sing all in one stylish space, inspired by traditional Thai homes. At 6pm, the doors open and folk from across the West Midlands sit down (typically) for a green curry or pad thai, though there are over 140 dishes. Come 10:30pm, waitresses hand out mics, the big screen flickers into life and Pad Thai transforms into a karaoke lounge where Purple Rain, New York, New York and co. are crooned well into the early hours. Brilliant.
