We visited on a Friday evening and were welcomed by friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. The restaurant has stunning décor inside, beautiful canal-side views, amazing service and the most gorgeous food. The food menu is really varied, so something for everyone, as well as...an impressive, extensive drink menu. Had bottomless lunch with two friends, food drinks and staff were fantastic, nothing too much trouble, will be back

We visited yesterday for a bottomless lunch. Not a good arrival at the restaurant when the chef is sat outside on the wall smoking a cigarette!! There were only two tables in the restaurant occupied with two ladies on each having afternoon tea, so a...big lack of atmosphere. We were greeted by our waitress who seemed to be in a rush to take our food order, we had to ask for drinks, it took over 15minutes to get 2 cocktails and a glass of pink prosecco, why this long when there was no one else in the restaurant drinking? Goodness knows how long it would take if the place was busy! At one time we were the only people in the restaurant. The food was just ok, very small portions, certainly not enough for someone with a large appetite!! We had to ask every time to get a drink, how long does it take to pour 3 glasses of prosecco? not 10minutes surely. We were made to feel like they were doing us a favour by getting us a drink. When the waiter took our dessert order he said "this is your last drink "In total we had had 4 drinks each. Not good value for food or alcohol, we definitely will not be returning and do not recommend this restaurant! We left at approximately 5pm the restaurant only had 2 other tables occupied, when we walked through the Mail box every other restaurant was full, I wonder why???More

Fantastic restaurant with lovely servers. Went for afternoon tea which was as beautiful as it was tasty. The decor was absolutely gorgeous with fresh flowers everywhere. Service was very friendly and efficient without being rushed. Would definitely recommend. Feels really good value for money given...the quality of the food and drink.More

Wonderful afternoon tea, loved the various savoury options instead of just sandwiches. Excellent service, staff were informative and very friendly. This is a lovely place in a fabulous setting and I look forward to returning soon.

Been there for dinner. Nice place, food was amazing. The octopus was delicious and mussels too. I'll Definitely go back.
