Ate here on Saturday evening and you always know what you are getting here. Tasty food and good service.

We were visiting Symphony Hall and the Wharf and Canals and decided to dine here early evening, amongst a huge range of dining options in the vicinity. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the décor was very rustic and pleasant. Although it is one of a chain across the country, the food looked and tasted quite home made... More
Called in for lunch with my daughter on our way to the theatre. Was a little reluctant after a very poor experience at Zizzi in Greenwich. However we had a lovely meal and we had a very efficient friendly waitress. Will definitely return. ☺
My friend and I dined here on Good Friday. We had a fairly late dinner but the restaurant managed to fit us in despite not having a reservation. Our drinks were served in a timely manner and our orders taken promptly. For starter I had the mushroom on toast which was full of flavour and is always a delight. My... More

Evening meal with friends. Very busy canal side restaurant. Service on this occasion was lacking. Order was taken promptly but took some time to arrive. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Lovely decor and food was very good. We were in a hurry and staff were quite happy to hurry things along for us. Would definitely use this restaurant again.
My wife and I wanted to dine before going to the "Remembering Fred" show at the Alexandra Theatre. We took a punt on Zizzi in the Mailbox and it was excellent. Started with mixed olives, then we both had the butterflied king prawns which were in a superb sauce. For mains I had a rustica pizza, my wife a risotto.... More

Does anyone know how the free birthday main course works? If my boyfriend orders and pays for a main meal will I get mine for free? Or do two other people need to order and pay for main meals for me to get mine for free? The terms and conditions are confusing me! Thanks
Is this restaurant suitable for families with very young children, we've a 3 year old and 22 month so will be needing 1 high chair. Both love pasta so thought this might be suitable for family birthday meal, but I know some restaurants frown at the sight of young children. I'm thinking of booking a lunch time meal slot but unsure how accommodating the restaurant will be for our young family.
