On two separate visits a simple bar order was delivered incorrectly and had to be corrected, much to the annoyance of the member of staff serving us (the same one on both occasions). This in itself would be excusable, but coupled with the filthy cutlery...More

On a nice sunny day you could do worse than stop and have a drink here. Lots of benches outside to sit and watch the barges go by and reasonably priced given the location.

Filthy wine glass, grumpy staff, dirty crockery all over the counter which had dried on food so had been left for a long time. The toilets are unbelievably dirty. Give this bar miss. Plenty others to choose from.

We were looking for a beer before an event at the Arena and wished to avoid the host of plastic chains in the area. This was ideal and appeared to be an independent . Stopped for a couple , lovely.
