Visited this evening as a group of 7, i very rarely write a review, but I was so impressed I felt it was only right. The service was amazing, so friendly and attentive, and the food blew us all away. I got the penne with...chicken and mushroom in a creamy sauce, something I've had many many times in other restaurants, but this was easily the best! So full of flavour and a really generous portion. Two friends and I went to Del Villaggio for dinner on a Wednesday night. We were pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the staff were. The food arrived, the portions were much larger than expected and it was delicious! The Caesar salad, also smoked...salmon, prawns and spinach. They made us surprise cocktails, all were lovely. Came here for dinner with my partner on our anniversary and it was absolutely brilliant. I've been to this place with my mom and we had lunch, me with lobster ravioli and my mom a salad with salmon and avocado. The restaurant is located near the cinema and is very well decorated inside. we were greeted by Michela who ushered...us to the table with a big smile. she pampered us throughout the meal and we even had a short, but interesting conversation. very professional. To be in Birmingham the prices are normal and we paid the total of 53 pounds for two, for what we ate and drank I'd say it's perfect, especially because the food was really excellent. we will definitely be back.More

Visited on a Saturday lunchtime without a reservation and was quickly seated so all good there . All three of us enjoyed starters, mains and desserts and no complaints about the food at all or the service from George and Michela. Just be aware of...the 10% service charge that is automatically added to the bill as we had a nasty surprise .More
