My friend and I went to Cafe Rouge in Brindleyplace for a meal and we were not disappointed, the staff were very good and made sure everything was alright, one waiter stood out and that was Alan or Alau not sure of his name, really made us welcome and made us laugh, he is a credit to the restaurant and... I wonder, where all the positive reviews come from??? The food has the quality of ready meal out from the tin. I feel sorry for the waiting staff who has to serve this kind of food the the people. We ordered chicken and duck (both dishes were overcooked and then on top probably "over fried" to the point that they... More

We often eat here when going to a concert at the Symphony Hall - I always book online as it does get busy. This time the visit was made even more special by our wonderful waiter HABIB - his service and attention was second to none! I did say to my husband that I thought he had trained at a... More

We visited earlier this week with our three young children. We really felt looked after. Our daughter has a wheat intolerance which was absolutely no problem with suitable alternatives offered. The waiters were happy to chat with our children which doesnt often happen in restaurants. Fantastic yummy meal and amazing staff. Thank you!

We had breakfast here for 3 days in a row whilst staying in the area. Was lovely and empty at that time. Nice looking place, good decor. Food was good on the first two days but less so on the third - not cooked very well and rather sloppily presented. Different serving staff too who smiled less. So I think... More

I know this is a chain but the service and the food is spot on every time and I always have to check the bill because I can't believe how small it is! If you have room try the cheese board to finish, it is always perfect

Both had the pate, served with toasted bread & pickle. Lovely flavour. Followed by beef bourguignon & mash. A good hearty, warming, tasty meal for a cold rainy evening. Served by Alan, who from our greeting at the door and service throughout the meal was fab. Thank you.
