amazing experience at the chefs table! Not only was it relaxed and involved beautiful food, but the best thing was the staff were allowed to be 100% themselves and bring their own personalities to work. Well done Adam!

Absolutely fantastic meal at Adam’s today. From the start to the end, the service, food and ambiance was just perfect! Highly recommended!

9th visit to adams and I am starting to feel like the restaurant is lacking creativity. There is no excitement for the dishes or food anymore it’s like it’s lacking some love and ultimately flavour. Service is still good although I do feel it’s robotic...and as of no one is allowed ti have a personality It’s like they are all clones and I am wondering if as a fault of there obsession to chase 2 stars they feel they have to be robotic and cloned Maybe it’s as the years have past and nee kids are now on the block it’s highlighting that Adams is simply not that exciting anymoreMore

Beautiful restaurant in central Birmingham. We were sat at the chefs table in the kitchen area which was lovely. Staff very attentive. Food excellent.

This was our first dinner here and it definitely won't be our last! From the minute we arrived, we were treated like royalty- every restaurant should aim to make you feel like this- and nothing was too much trouble. The service and overall experience were...phenomenal- friendly, professional and informative with just right amount of humour too. The delicious food we chose was incredible; everything was full of fantastic flavours and textures. There were lots of little extra nibbles brought throughout the meal too- again, all amazing! Our drinks were also lovely, and there is such a huge choice that it was difficult to pick what to drink. An excellent restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere, superb service and fabulous staff- We can't wait to return!More

I visited Adam's with my partner last week to celebrate our anniversary. I must say that the service is up there with some of the best I have received at Michelin Star level. The staff strike the perfect balance of professional and informal, and while...looks might deceive it looks like they greatly enjoy working there. We had the tasting menu. The food itself is not up there with the absolute best I have ever had, and a few of the dishes such as a leek parcel with custard and truffle didn't have a wow factor. This was mostly to my personal taste, and not at all indicative of poor cooking. This absolutely isn't boring food, and some of the flavour combinations are unique and very challenging. I personally love this as it's why I plump for tasting menus. My highlights were the squab pigeon with dates, skate with fennel and sea purslane, and beed with smoked curds, marigold and bone marrow. These chefs know how to make the most unctuous and moreish sauces; I could have happily had a plate of the bone marrow jus on its own. We went for the matching wine flight, as well. The sommelier was charming, full of knowledge, and the wines exceptionally well matched. It absolutely adds to the experience. I would visit again without hesitation. It is NOT a cheap evening out -- indeed you could have a weekend break abroad for the same amount -- but the food and drink and service were memorable and I felt it was absolutely worth the expense.More

We sat at the Chef table in the basement. We had personal waitress service from Genka who was excellent in guiding us through the meal. We have had previous experience of Michelin star restaurants in Birmingham and London and we all agreed the food was...the best. All courses were more than satisfactory.Complemented by prompt and attentive serviceMore

This is by far one of the best restaurants I've ever been in. This is my second visit to Adams, the first was when they were situated in their pop up pre covid. The experience back then was incredible but my experience on Saturday far...outweighed the last. Not only was the food completely divine and well balance, the service was impeccable. On a busy Saturday night my sister (who's birthday it was) my dad and I had an amazing time from start to finish. Every member of staff is a credit and I wouldn't hesitate in recommendeding Adams to everyone I meet! Highlights were the pigeon, beef and the beautiful cheesecake desert.....More

Sometimes you forget just how good this place is. You travel around the UK trying lots of fine dining restaurants. You even give some local pretenders a go. However when you pop back to Adams you realise just how lucky we are to have it....Service is superb and the food is fantastic. Nowhere quite like it in our humble opinion. Stunning wine list too all in all blows most other top Michelin star restaurants away.More

Yes, the wine flight is priced per person. So this would be absolutely fine. See you soon.

Very expensive - for us, it would have to be very special occasions only! The taster menu, of course, doesn't include wine or other drinks. But it is absolutely sensational! And they are very aware of diners' food... More
