We have eaten in and had takeaways. This is my favourite in the area. Definitely recommend. Consistent quality of food. We normally have balti, garlic murgh, sides, rice and paratha.
Fantastic service and food. Lovely atmosphere. I would highly recommend. Paneer tikka masala as delightful and the We will be back!
Very average tikka masala was bright bright red - stained my teeth and hands Ridiculously sweet thick and no flavour apart from sugar taste
Had takeaway tonight from Bombay Palace- chicken balti saag and lamb passanda - both excellent and very enjoyable
I ordered a chicken tikka masala and it was horrendous, red colour dye? Why? Half a hundred weight of desicated coconut in it, no taste and 4 bits of dried up last night's chicken chucked in the sauce, plus pilau rice with yes you guessed...it RED dye added. I usually have M&S chicken tikka masala the luxury gastro one for half of this price and NO comparison, save your money!More
Ordered a takeaway curry from here - it was inedible. Tasteless and overcooked. Vegetables must have been frozen. Popadoms soggy. Avoid at all costs. I’d be ashamed to serve this food.
Went Last Night With Friends, They Gave Out Of Four Meals Three With Lamb And Prawns In When It Was Chicken That Was Ordered. I Had A Chicken Pathia, It Was That Hot I Couldn't Eat It When Told They Apologised And Said That They...Would Have A word With The Chef, But I Got The Feeling That They Wasn't That Bothered About It. It Could Have Had Serious Consequences If Anyone Had Had A Specific Food Allergy. Wont Be Going Again And Would Not Recommend.More
We went last light and have nothing good to say about it. Food was cold and not cooked well. Tasteless.
The family and I went on Saturday night to this beautiful restaurant as we have never been to this one before and we have made the right choice, the food and service was spot on despite it was a busy night for them, we was...sat upstairs the atmosphere was fantastic there was more quest arriving so from there we knew we have come to the right place, i would like to thank Nas the owner or manager of the establishment for his outstanding service as he looked after us all throughout the time we was there, the service was fantastic and the food is spot on, I would recommend everyone to this beautiful Indian restaurant without doubt and also the best in Coventry, I will definitely be back again with my family and friends soon.More
We order from here most Fridays and the food is consistently good. The telephone ordering system is flawless and the staff are friendly and communicative. However, it has to be said, their greatest triumph was during the first lockdown when they announced via Social Media...that they would support anyone struggling to afford food. This is to their credit and the community should appreciate them for this above anything else. Well done.More
Customer service was excellent, very friendly. Food was great. Very easy to use my taste card. I would definitely come back.
We ordered using the Uber eats app for a Saturday night. Placed the order at 18:00 hours, deliver for 18:40 to 19:00 they confirmed, brilliant. Crack open a beer and wait. And wait. And wait. 19:00 came and went, but we're reasonable people so left...it until 20:00 to call the restaurant. First they say it's not gone out and will be leaving in 20 minutes, then change the story to "it's already gone out" when I ask to cancel. By 21:00 still no food, I don't know what their plan was, don't send any food and keep the money? After 45 minutes on the phone (most of it on hold) to Uber eats help desk I got a refund. Didn't help us with it being 21:45 and we still hadn't eaten.More
Visited after an afternoon out in the area. No wait, brilliant service. Superb food. Can’t fault. We said we wanted to have a drink at the table before ordering. There was no rush and very polite, courteous waiting team. Fabulous.
Not been here for years but remembered it had a good reputation. Food was first class. Very good poppadoms, mixed grilled starter (I forget the actual name), main course of Butter Chicken had generous amounts of chicken and nice sauce. The Keema naan was OK,...fresh but not as tasty, the only fault really. Service was good. We arrived without booking but they looked after us. The waiter mis-heard our first drinks order, but corrected it with no fuss. Price wise was a little higher than other Coventry Indian Restaurants (couple of pounds more for the mains for example) but was worth it as generous portions and very tasty.More
