I have eaten all over the world and it is fair to say this ranks as the one of worst meals I have ever eaten. A party of 23 of us, sent more food back than was eaten. The " highlights" include Pate that tasted of water, served with soggy bread and last weeks lettuce. Or perhaps packet soup. Ah... More

If staying at the premiere Inn, l'd advise going to McDonald's instead or marks and Spencer food in the area at the back of the hotel. 3 meals out of 6 where uneatable, the lasagne served without being throughly heated. Service poor and toilets dirty.

We were staying in the Premier Inn across the road as visiting my daughter at Warwick university. Didn't want to drive so decided to give it a try and the only alternative was TGI Friday which was packed to the rafters. Only plus points were cheerful service and the fact it was dirt cheap. Soup was out of a packet... More

Staff fantastic but few and far between - only reason it's got 2 stars! Stayed in hotel next door and ate here 4 days running. Limited GF options - obviously whoever supplies the chips coats them, rendering most meals not GF friendly and the GF options sell out REALLY quickly! Thursday food was good and Friday food was ok. Saturday... More

Sadly had to eat here 2 nights running (couldn't face TGI Fridays) Had scampi and chips first night-scampi ok (freshly cooked) but chips had been kept lukewarm. Second night we had a starter ,which was fine but then waited over 3/4 hour for main course (fried fish and mashed potato & vegetable pie and chips).Gone 9pm by now so ask... More

I nipped in for a quick beer as there is rather a dearth of places to drink near the Premier Inn. As expected they had Greene King Abbot Ale and IPA on sale. I had a pint of Abbott Ale - unfortunately it was poorly kept and tasted off - it would only appear that they cater for those who... More

Well we only ventured to this venue as the local TGI's was closed. We thought it couldn't be that bad. How wrong was I. Getting and ordering was pretty standard; but that's where the okish ends. We had a party of 7 all paying individually. But by the time the 5th person came to order and pay they were already... More
