In the Town Wall you'll find just about everything that should be on a good pub's checklist. Good, well kept beer, some regulars and some guests. There's a great selection of decent wine too which is refreshing. The collection of rooms have everything from the UK's smallest bar, through snugs with open fires (yes, plural) to larger areas with better... More

What can you say about the pub, first went as a teenager, then with work mates, recently with my wife and dad. the staff are always friendly, no matter how busy they are. Last visited 27.08.2016 for something to eat after the rugby. There were 4 of us, 2 rare steaks' (although why from Australia I have no idea) steak... More

Very friendly and lovely food but the kitchen was only open until 8pm. We ordered our main course by about 7.40 but they also took our order for dessert and said it would be ready when we finish the main. This wasn't until after 8pm but they still did it for us.

An oasis in Coventry hidden behind the Belgrave Theatre and soon too be almost overwhelmed by a new tower block in front of it. It is a little bit of tradition in an otherwise concrete jungle. Good array of real ales on tap. The food was good as was the service. Recommend and I will be returning

The place has a great feel about it when you walk in. It has a small bar and a snug and is really homely. We didn`t eat but the food looked pretty good. 50/60s music was being played and it all added to the experience. Quality ales were also enjoyed.

Went here today for a roast and it was gorgeous. I had lamb and my partner had pork. They also served beef. Its not a massive portion but id say just right. Meat, three roasties, mash, veg, stuffing and a yorshire pud. Its a pub setting but a nice pub.. Deffo worth going really nice.

Visited Coventry Cathedral before the (brilliant) Bruce Springsteen concert at the Ricoh Arena and found this pub purely by chance. So glad we did. Its a cracking little boozer with excellent beer, friendly staff and good pub food (basic stuff but tasty and good vfm) Wouldn't recommend visiting Coventry - its a miserable place apart from the cathedral - but...
