Don't order if your hungry because the wait is silly about 2 hours I waited, and food is cold.
Food is good but delivery is crap, avoid or better still collect then you won't wait 2 hours.

When the meal we ordered arrived we realised some of our meal was missing, my husband phoned and was told we would have to wait between 45 -60 mins. 80mins later we phoned the takeaway back to be told sorry we will give you extra next time you order. Unimpressed not good customer service.

Have ordered quite a few times and have always been pleased with the service and food. Don not expect to wait for a hour and a half for missing items only to be told can have a free one next time. Hang on I paid for it anyway how can it be free? Just delayed even longer!

Food arrived 3 hours late - I didnt really want curry at gone 10pm! The chicken was bone dry and inedible. Other food was luke warm and my naan bread was missing.Their phone mailbox was full and not accepting new calls, so we had no contact.
Abysmal. Avoid.

Food was delivered 30 minutes late. Part of the order was missing and the other was wrong. When called the the staff was rude, shouting and telling me I’m making stuff up. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!

Tried here again because only takeaway we know open during lockdown. Wish we hadn't!! Late as usual, cold & naan was plain not keema & tasted funny. It's like they don't care & do not have any customer service skills. Very disappointed.

The Balti Hut is our go to takeaway. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Their food is the best value in Coventry for quality and portion size. Compliments to the chef again, as have always found all the dishes tasty and hot🔥

Let’s be honest they’re struggling with delivery at the moment, but frankly, the food is still top-notch, and maybe we should help by picking up our meals were possible until they get through this sticky patch

Great delivery staff, always friendly and polite, food has nearly always been perfect, sometimes mint sauce missing, but food always edible and tasty.

Very slow took 2 and a half hours to come. Poor communication too. Second time we have ordered and both time late with parts of order missing.

Only gave this 1 rating as was unable to give it a minus number!! Waited well over an hour for food to arrive even after chasing it with the shop. The food arrived stone cold. One item was prawns which was so cold that it would have without a doubt given us food poisoning. Refused a refund but promised to honour a free meal ... phoned on a Saturday night was told it wasn’t redeemable at the weekend... phoned in the week he refused to honour his promise. WILL NEVER EVER US THIS INDIAN AGAIN... NOR WOULD I SUGGEST ANYONE ELSE DID! Disgusting treatment.

I typed in "balti hut Middlesbrough" into Google and deceptively this balti night has managed to get itself in front of your balti hut and calls itself balti hut Middlesbrough on the search link
Massive error on my part not to check but why is this place in Coventry advertising themselves as a Middlesbrough address?? I called to try and cancel hut was told I was too late and then they hung up on me

Ordered through justeat cancelled after waiting 2hr only for it to turn up 40 min later yes 2hrs and 40 minutes what a joke and then to top it off was verbally abused by driver AVOID AVOID AVOID
